This is a perfect opportunity to not only hear about the PCA model of congregational prison ministry, but also to experience the model by worshipping with local prison congregations.

 What does it cost?
The registration fee is $125 and covers the materials, meals, and motel. A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required with the registration form. Deadline for registration and deposit is August 3, but don’t wait!  Fill out the on-line registration or send your registration and deposit as soon as possible to PCA, PO Box 1132, Mitchell, SD 57301.  Registration will not be considered definite until deposit is received.


The first 15 qualified people applying will be awarded a $75 scholarship. That means PCA pays for meals and motel making your costs the $50 deposit fee and transportation expenses. 

What is provided?

• Meals: Wednesday lunch and dinner, and Thursday lunch

• Motels: Rooms provided for Wednesday night

• Transportation: Airport transportation is provided, if necessary.

• Model & history of PCA
• Presentations: Council members, prison administrators, those involved with established and successful prison congregational ministry
• Worship with The Church of the Damascus Road, the prison congregation in Fort Dodge, IA
• Dinner at a local restaurant
                                       Thursday, September 13
• Presentations: Reentry After Care and ex-offenders
• What’s possible in your state?
• Event evaluation
• Lunch followed by farewells and departure

Partners at the Cross Benefit Dinner

Every year PCA hosts a “Partners at the Cross” Benefit Dinner and Ingathering during which we review the joys of the past year, celebrate our faithful supporters and announce plans and funding needs for the coming year.

Tickets are $25 per person or $200 for a table of 8.
